Terms and Conditions
Orders will only be confirmed upon receipt of payments to POSB savings account no. 083-21169-5
Return Policy:
All requests for exchange due to manufacturing defects must be raised within 5 days for Singapore orders or 21 days for overseas orders from the invoice date. Any postage charges incurred for return of goods shall be borne by the customer. Tictactoe-x is not liable for any lost of mail during the return delivery of the item. Please note that all products mark as sales item are not allow for exchange.
Please refer to the following steps for exchange:
1. Send a request for exchange email to [email protected] within 5 days for Singapore orders or 21 days for Overseas orders from the invoice date with the following details:
- Customer name and contact details
- Order No
- Date of order
- Pictures of the defective product.
2. We shall reply you through the email if the item is eligible for exchange. In any case should the exchange item be out of stock, you are requested to select another item of the same value or pay for the differences on higher value items.
3. Please ensure that the exchange item are intact with Tictactoe-x's original packaging, unopened and unused of the item.
4. A return email will be send to you on the eligibility of exchange, please proceed to send out the item or exchange at our existing outlets within 3 days from the date of approval stated in the email.
Returns (prior arrangements must be made through email) can be made at our outlets as follows:
1. 1 Pasir Ris Cl @ Downtown East , #01-09D The Alley. Singapore 519599 (near Singtel shop)
2. 16 Collyer Quay #01-03 Hitachi Tower. Singapore 049318 (above Raffles Place MRT)
5. Upon receiving the item for exchange, we shall email you on the status of the replacement prior to sending out or the availability if you opt to collect from our existing outlets.
Shipping
You may opt for your choice of shipping method. Tictactoe-x is not responsible for any lost or damaged during mailing, hence, we recommend you to opt for registered mail. For registered mail, tracking number will be send to your email once the item have been send out to you. Goods will be delivered approximate 5-7 working days, subject to stock availability.
Undelivered Parcel
Occasionally parcels are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address. Please note that orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address or abandoned by your local post office or customs, these items will not be returned to the customer and will only be re-sent at the customer's expense. Please email us at [email protected] if you do not receive your order after 8 working days (for Local Shipping); 21 working days (for Overseas Shipping) after receiving our notification email on the delivery statues.
Shipping and Delivery
All parcels are sent via Singapore SingPost. Transport time is from the time the order is shipped – not from the time order placed.

Tictactoe-x is not liable for any loss or delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over but we will do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner,
Delivery Of Your Order
Within Singapore - Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery within Singapore.
- do take note that there may be some delay in delivery of orders placed during peak season periods.

- Please make sure your letterbox is cleared for postman to put in the items.
- For bulky parcel, please make arrangement for someone at home to receive the parcel for the next 5-7 working days, 9am-6pm from Mon-Fri, after receiving the delivery notification email from us.
- There will be an additional $2.24 applicable for local registered article.
- A Registered Article (RA) Number will be provided after parcel have been send, you can check the status of the parcel and make arrangements thereafter.
- Please be reminded that you have to sign for your order at the point of delivery. If you are not at the delivery address, Singapore Post will provide a notification card advising you of the local Post Office branches from which you can collect your order. If your order is not collected within next 10 working days, it will be returned to Tictactoe-x. You can rearrange to pick it up from our existing outlets which is FOC, but re-delivery by post will be at the expense of the customer.
